“I have known my neighbor, Shannon,  for over 13 years. In this time I have enjoyed many neighborly chats over the fence, some of it small talk and other times more serious. No matter the length of the conversation Shannon is always an active listener and easy to talk to!

Shannon has been an integral part of our neighborhood community by reconnecting and getting the kids together for various festive seasonal events. She led the social club for many years before a new neighborhood mom took it over. I remember as a younger mom being so in awe of all the things she took on to make our community special for our children and special it was and still is to her credit, though she would never take it.

Shannon is someone I trust to find solutions, not excuses, when faced with a problem. She is humble and gracious. I am delighted to hear that Shannon is running for Hartwood School Board Representative. She has my vote because I know she will listen to the concerns of parents and advocate for ALL children and their needs.”
